AVSimulation is firmly attached to the principle of equality in the workplace. We believe that everyone, regardless of our gender, deserves equal opportunities for career development and success. As a company with a strong policy of diversity and inclusion, we strive to create a working environment where all our employees are respected, supported and valued.
Since March 1, 2020, French companies with more than 50 employees have been required to publish an annual women/men professional equality index, which will enable nationwide analysis and monitoring of equal pay trends over time. This is measured on a 100-point scale.
In this context, AVSimulation is publishing its 2023 report, obtained by evaluating the 4 indicators defined by law and identical for all companies:
– Elimination of pay gaps between women and men in equivalent positions;
– Equal opportunities for raises;
– Salary trends for women on maternity or adoption leave;
– Equal pay for men and women in the 10 highest-paid jobs;
If the indicator falls below 75 points, companies must publish their corrective measures.
Since 2022, in the event of an Index of less than 85 points, companies must set and publish improvement targets for each of the indicators that did not achieve the maximum score.
